Advanced 5 Minute Flexibility Routine: For Daily Use!
A short routine to increase your flexibility. This is for advanced trainees only, so if you are a beginner or intermediate you should NOT do these exercises! When are you a beginner? Answer: if you just asked yourself that question.
Hold each exercise for 3 sets of 10 seconds or 2 sets of 15 seconds, where you try to increase the intensity of the stretch (i.e. stretch further) with each set.
